Product Returns Policy

We know that sometimes when you make a purchase, you get it home and it's not quite right. If you do purchase online and want to return the product you purchased, please note that there is no legal requirement for the 100% Home store to accept returned goods if you have merely changed your mind. 

However, the 100% Home store may accept certain goods back if they are returned unopened, unused and in original undamaged condition within a period of 7 days only. After this period, the store may charge a 15% restocking fee. 

Contact the 100% Home store you purchased the goods from first to see if this applies to the goods that you wish to return. Unfortunately, software, personal hygiene products and headphones may only be returned if they are faulty. 

But rest assured, we are more than happy to provide a refund should the goods you purchased be:

  • Faulty or unsafe

  • Do not match the sample or description

  • Do not do what we said it would

  • Do not do what you asked for

As the customer you have a duty of care for the goods whilst in your possession. If goods are deemed damaged whilst in your possession then a charge will be made for the repair of the goods or no refund will be made if the goods are considered unrepairable.

Each store is independently owned, so some stores will not accept returns purchased from another 100% Home store.

Approved refunds will be processed to the same account that the purchase was made from.
