Delivery

The standard delivery fee is for door-to-door delivery only. Please contact the store if any value-added delivery options are required such as basic connection of the appliance and removal of the old unit. This excludes where the product has to be hard wired or specially plumbed, connection of any gas appliances, dishwashers and dish drawers and wall mounted products.

If you purchase multiple Large items, or a combination of Large and Small items, you will only be charged the Large Item Delivery Fee once. Excludes locations that cannot be reached solely by road.

If you purchase multiple Small items, you will only be charged the Small Item Delivery Fee once.

* Medium Appliances (1 person lift): These include TVs < 60", Espresso Coffee machines, Benchtop and microwave ovens etc..

** Large Appliances (2 person lift): These include TVs >60", Washing machines, Dryers, Tumble Dryers, Fridges, Ovens, Beds etc..
