All 100% Home stores are individually owned and operated. For information on delivery options, click here to find your local store.

At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses excluding PO Boxes and Private Bags. Our standard online order delivery service is "drop off in box only" and does not include installation.

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact the store you ordered from within 7 business days or if you need further help, email us at: [email protected].

Delivery Period

100% Home stores will endeavour to ensure that the majority of appliance orders will be available for dispatch within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, however beds and furniture may take 2-4 weeks to manufacture and deliver. 100% Home stores accept no liability for any unforeseen delays in delivery. 

If you need anything other than a standard door drop-off delivery,  please contact your selected 100% Home store to discuss a quote for installation and set-up options.
