COVID Update

All 100% stores are open. However, some of our stores may experience staff shortages occasionally due to the ongoing impact of COVID. To mitigate this, many stores have altered rosters to ensure we continue to uphold the award-winning service we are so proud of. In a further bid to keep staff and the community safe, we also encourage our customers to wear masks when shopping in store.

Delivery and Delivery Charges for Online Purchases

Your goods will be supplied by 100% Barrells Extreme Appliances and will be delivered by it, in accordance with your instructions given when you placed your order. You can change your delivery instructions at any time by contacting 100% Barrells Extreme Appliances and quoting your order number. 100% Barrells Extreme Appliances will be able to advise you on what, if any, additional charges will apply. Due to Health and Safety, extra charges may also apply if delivering the appliance requires extra personnel because of oversized or heavy items, or where access is difficult due to stairs etc. The supplier name that will appear on your statement will be 100% Barrells Extreme Appliances.

At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses excluding P O Boxes and Private Bags.

Our standard online order delivery service is "drop off in box only" and does not include installation.

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at service@100percent.co.nz

Delivery Period

100% Barrells Extreme Appliances will endeavour to ensure that the majority of appliance orders will be available for dispatch within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, however beds and furniture may take 2-4 weeks to manufacture and deliver. 100% accept no liability for any unforeseen delays in delivery. Note: All online sales attract a freight only delivery charge. Please contact your nearest 100% store to discuss installation and set-up options.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your goods.
