Delivery

The standard delivery fee is for door-to-door delivery only. Please contact the store if any value-added delivery options are required such as basic connection of the appliance and removal of the old unit. This excludes where the product has to be hard wired or specially plumbed, connection of any gas appliances, dishwashers and dish drawers and wall mounted products.

If you purchase multiple Large items, or a combination of Large and Small items, you will only be charged the Large Item Delivery Fee once. Excludes locations that cannot be reached solely by road.

* Medium Appliances (1 person lift): These include TVs < 60", Gas or Induction Cooktops, Wall Ovens, Bar fridges etc.

** Large Appliances (2 person lift): These include TVs > 60". Washing machines, Dryers, Fridges, Large Freestanding Ovens, Beds etc.
